Dr.-Ing. Wilderich Heising is a Partner and Associate Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He is a core member of BCG's Innovation Center for Operations and very active in BCG's Health Care, Industrial Goods and Consumer Products practice areas. His focus at BCG is on advanced manufacturing and supply chain topics such as additive manufacturing, 3D printing, digitalization, the factory of the future, Industry 4.0, supply chain of the future as well as on manufacturing and distribution strategy and network optimization. He leads the additive manufacturing topic as well as the network strategy and optimization topic for BCG globally. He holds a Ph.D. in engineering from the Technical University of Berlin.

Ramesh Raghavendra who holds Ph.D from University of Twente, The Netherlands and MBA from Ireland has over 35 years of Materials Research Experience in both industrial and academic environment. His research background is in the areas of functional ceramics, glass and glass-ceramics, sintering of powder materials and more recently his research interests are directed towards Metal Additive Manufacturing. He has authored/co-authored more than 90 refereed journal publications and has two patents to his credit. As the architect & Centre Director of South Eastern Applied Materials (SEAM) Research Centre of South East Technological University, Ireland, Ramesh has been instrumental in establishing collaborations with over 300 Irish based industries and successfully managed to deliver over 4000 direct funded Industrial projects since launching the centre in 2008. Through these and state supported projects, Ramesh has brought in over 65 million euros in funding for SEAM. He also founded ThreeD DAC (trading as 3DWIT) in 2019, which is providing unique hands on training in the area of 3D printing. For his contribution to Industrial services, Ramesh has won many awards including the prestigious Knowledge Transfer Ireland Award 2015, Irish Manufacturing Research Award (2020) and WIT Research Impact Award (2021).

Axel Korner received his Diploma at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich 2008 and his MSc. in Emergent Technologies and Design from the Architectural Association in London 2013 with distinction. He worked for several architecture practices in Munich, Vienna and London between 2008 and 2014, as well as for Createx and Northsails TPT in Switzerland where he was working on carbon fibre material research in 2012. Between 2013 and 2014 he was tutor for Technical Studies at AA School of Architecture and between 2013 and 2016 he was working as visiting tutor for EMTECH at the AA School of Architecture. Since October 2014 he has been a research associate at the Institute of Building Structures and Structural Design (itke), University of Stuttgart, where he is also teaching within the Integrative Technologies and Architectural Design Research (ITECH) Master Program. Since 2016 he is organising workshops with the Contemporary Architects Association in Tehran, Iran. In 2017 he was member of the D.RE.A.M. Academy Faculty at Citta Della Scienza in Naples, Italy and since 2018 he was guest lecturer at KOGE, Universität Innsbruck.

Jiang Hao is an Associate Professor at Northeast Forestry University. He served as the principal investigator of a Youth Program funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and has participated in three General Program projects supported by the NSFC. He is also the principal investigator of a General Program funded by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and has led a Joint Innovation Fund project in collaboration with the Institute of Structural Strength and Environment at the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology (CALT). In addition, he is responsible for a Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities project and several industry-academia collaborative research projects. Dr. Jiang has contributed to multiple testing programs for the domestically developed large aircraft C919, and has authored over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles.

Aitizaz Ali received my PhD in Information Technology from Monash University, Australia in 2023. He was the recipient of the Monash Merit Scholarship. Currently, he is working as a Lecture at the School of IT, UNITAR International University, Malaysia.
